Job Overview:

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking an Administrative Document Coordinator to join their team. This role involves providing support to engineers in compiling reports, letters, and drawings for submission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with engineering, client, and contractors to ensure schedules are followed
  • Ensure client's requirements on the submitted documents are fulfilled in a timely manner
  • Perform quality control and maintenance of the documents as per company procedure
  • Scan and upload documents in the 'Project Team' SharePoint and ensure all documentation is discoverable and accessible
  • Disseminate, monitor, and track all documents
  • Securely backup all documentation

Requirements:

  • GCE O level
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a salary range of SGD $3,000 - $3,200 per month. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package including transport assistance.
