We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development and implementation of talent management strategies under the Management Associate Programme (MAP). The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating and executing key talent strategies under MAP to build the university's talent pipeline by attracting, developing, and retaining high-potential talents.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Develop and implement effective talent management strategies under MAP.
- Work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to identify talent needs and develop solutions.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and competencies of talents under MAP.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of talent management strategies under MAP.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive recruitment marketing efforts for this programme.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management or relevant field with at least 8-10 years of relevant experience in talent management and/or leadership development programmes.
- Strong communication skills and adept at building relationships and stakeholder management.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across all levels.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and strong analytical thinking.
