At OSL Services Pte. Ltd., we are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead the growth of our institutional client base.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team and drive business development initiatives across various customer segments.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the digital asset market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in building and managing relationships with institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to expand our institutional client base.
  • Lead the execution of sales pitches, onboarding, and negotiation of terms with prospective clients.
  • Collaborate closely with our marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and materials that boost exchange volumes, particularly within OTC markets.
  • Design pricing strategies tailored to each customer segment, focusing on OTC transactions to drive overall exchange volume.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development, preferably in the financial or cryptocurrency industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of cryptocurrencies, blockchain, and the crypto exchange market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Results-oriented with a strong history of meeting or exceeding business development goals.
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Successful track record in growing and managing a client base.
  • Strong understanding of compliance and operational requirements within a regulated environment.

Salary: SGD 120,000 - 180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
