Senior Institutional Business Developer for Global Markets

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Institutional Business Developer to join our team in Singapore. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and maintain relationships with institutional clients in the South Asia and MENA region.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth, focusing on exchange-traded and exchange-cleared OTC derivatives products.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing client portfolios, identifying opportunities to increase share of wallet.
- New Business Acquisition: Onboard new institutional clients, developing and executing plans to achieve business objectives.
- Sales Execution: Drive sales of derivatives products to targeted clients, generating commissions and meeting revenue targets.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- A minimum of 5-7 years' experience in sales trading or dealing with institutional clients, preferably in a similar role.
- Must possess locally required licenses and certifications.
- Experience working with major global exchanges, such as SGX, HKEX, CME, ICE, and LME.
- Self-motivated individual with a commitment to excellence, excellent communication skills, and ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
What We Offer
- An attractive salary range of SGD $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
