We are looking for a seasoned Relationship Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, driving business growth and ensuring the continued success of our organization.
As a Relationship Manager, you will have ownership over your book of business, developing new opportunities through networking and relationship-building. You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, working closely with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new sales leads.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow and maintain existing client relationships
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive networking and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at SMEs, understanding their financing needs and providing tailored solutions
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales processes and customer onboarding
- 2-5 years experience in B2B sales or SME financing
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to adapt to changing circumstances
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results-driven outcomes
