Key Responsibilities

  • Foster and maintain relationships with SME clients through regular communication, meetings, and networking events.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and proposals to secure new business deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or telesales, preferably in SME or B2B markets.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with SME markets or willingness to learn.
  • Minimum 'N' Levels qualification.
