Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Negotiator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, reviewing, and comparing quotations from various sub-contractors.

  • Source Quotations: Identify potential sub-contractors with the required expertise and negotiate competitive pricing for our clients.
  • Tender Management: Review and compare tender documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve any tender-related issues and ensure timely updates.

The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation skills, strong analytical abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Negotiation: Proven ability to negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers.
  • Construction: Knowledge of construction industry practices and regulations.
  • Assessing: Strong analytical skills to assess tender documentation.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of business principles and operations.
  • Procurement: Experience in procurement processes and practices.
