About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Commercial Manager to join our APAC Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling our disruptive technology solution in the commodities market and maintaining strong relationships with clients through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain daily contacts with clients through various communication channels, including emails, chats, and phone calls.
  • Set up meetings with senior decision-makers and follow up on trials and troubleshooting queries.
  • Accurately maintain customer and sales information in our internal CRM system.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including pre-sales and research teams, to engage new users and drive sales growth.
Requirements
  • 3-6 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the energy market.
  • Excellent English language skills and strong presentation abilities.
  • Experience selling SaaS/Data/Tech solutions in the maritime industry or freight industry in Asia Pacific.
  • Familiarity with the maritime, shipping, or container industry is a plus.
  • Strong interest in building client and product knowledge.
  • Driven and self-disciplined, with the ability to work autonomously and thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent customer service, listening, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex client requirements and needs.
