We are looking for a talented and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Call Centre Representative, Customer Support. As a key member of our contact centre team, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers and providing them with accurate and timely information regarding our banking products and services.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations. We offer a comprehensive training program that includes 6 weeks of on-the-job training, allowing you to develop the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from customers regarding banking products and services.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their queries.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve customer issues.

Requirements:

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
