The Position

As a Call Centre Representative, you will be in-charge of handling the calls for Luxury Brand enquiries through the phone. Your job duties are as per below.
- Conducting simple troubleshooting and providing accurate advice to the callers.
- Perform outbound calls to follow-up and update customers.
