Job Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries and booking requests via phone, email, and online platforms
- Coordinate limousine and airport transfer services efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any service-related issues
- Liaise with drivers to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and transactions
- Prior experience in a call centre or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English (Chinese-speaking is an advantage)
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Familiarity with transportation or limousine services is an advantage
