About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned professional to take on the position of Operations Supervisor at CONNECT CENTRE PTE. LTD.

This role requires an individual who can effectively manage call centre operations, lead teams, and ensure seamless customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Call Centre Teams: Manage and motivate call centre agents to achieve excellent performance metrics.
  • Resolve Customer Complaints: Handle customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues efficiently.
  • Develop Team Members: Identify areas for improvement and develop training programs to enhance the skills of call centre agents.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the call centre team as needed.
  • Ad-hoc Tasks: Complete any additional tasks assigned by management, supporting the overall success of the call centre.

Requirements:

  • Singaporean citizenship or residency is required.
  • Minimum GCE 'O' level qualification or equivalent is necessary.
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications and Microsoft Office skills are essential.
  • Excellent stress management skills are required due to the high-pressure nature of the role.
  • Strong verbal communication skills are necessary for effective customer interaction.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive monthly basic salary range of SGD $2,300 to SGD $2,500.
  • A 5.5-day workweek, including Saturdays on a rotation basis.
  • Official working hours are from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
  • The workplace is located in the Upper Changi area of Singapore.
