As a Call Centre Team Member at RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.

Key Accountabilities
  • Answering and responding to customer calls and emails.
  • Resolving customer complaints and queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Liaising with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Meeting performance targets and metrics.

Essential Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma holder with 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Prior customer-facing experience is an advantage.
