Compensation and Benefits

As a Recruitment Operations Executive, you can expect a competitive basic salary of $2800, plus a KPI allowance of $250. You will also have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission through our incentive scheme.

Responsibilities
  • Reporting directly to the Sales Team Lead, you will drive talent acquisition and recruitment needs fulfilment for our clients.
  • Work closely with Recruitment Managers to coordinate workforce planning and ensure timely completion of recruitment processes.
  • Develop and maintain potential candidate pipelines through diverse channels and platforms.
  • Support business development by introducing our company's services to prospective clients.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A degree in any field.
  • CEI certification is advantageous.
  • A sales-oriented mindset.
