SMB Cloud Solution Business Leader

Microsoft is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SMB Cloud Solution Business Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the sales strategy for our SMB Cloud Solution Area, coordinating cross-engine plans and execution with relevant teams, and leading a unified team to establish a cohesive execution plan for key SMB Cloud Solution sales plays.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy for the SMB Cloud Solution Area, leveraging data-driven insights to drive performance and execution excellence.
- Lead a team of SMB Cloud Solution Area Business Leads and collaborate with virtual teams of experts to drive sales through various engines.
- Manage business performance, contribute to the rhythm of business, and interlock with area stakeholders to accelerate business growth or set in place course correction plans.
- Advocate for SMB customers, share market insights, and engage with the local SMB community to drive customer-centric solutions.
- Support top strategic customer deals and help unblock complex opportunities.
- 6+ years of relevant sales or marketing experience with Information Technology products and/or services.
- 4+ years of experience selling business-to-business IT solutions and meeting revenue targets.
- Experience in Business Applications platform and ability to develop sales and business strategy options.
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral, written, and verbal communication skills.
