We are looking for a Vendor Sales Manager to join our SMB APAC vendor sales team. This role will be responsible for the implementation of key sales programs executed by our vendor partners. These initiatives will span a range of objectives, covering multiple phases of the sales cycle. Our ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in the area of advertising sales, experience working in an outsourced vendor environment and ability to enable teams for success. Additionally, strong project management skills combined with experience working cross-functionally to identify opportunities are preferred. Responsibilities- Execute sales strategies to enable teams to achieve business goals day-to-day.- Help deliver a strong sales orientation to our vendor teams, using our interactions as opportunities for sharing the vision and mission of the SMB organisation.- Collaborate with Vendor Management on the improvements in the reporting delivered by the vendor team in the context of weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews.- Coordinate and deliver priorities with the Vendor Sales Lead based on market feedback, quarterly goals, and business needs.- Share sales insights with key stakeholders such as program management and other business groups to drive impact. Monitor internal and external trends and implement them in the Vendor sales narrative, where relevant. - Responsible for the identification and correction of error activities that affect the revenue attainment of the vendor teams. - Monitoring sales general performance through KPIs analysis and sharing insights and ideas for improvement with Vendor Sales Lead. - Partner with the Vendor Ops team in order to seemingly deliver the execution and improvements of the sales strategies and processes.- Act as a communication bridge between the external sales teams and Vendor Sales Leadership: Visit the on-site teams at least twice a quarter to strengthen our relationships and guarantee a strong sales influence. (Up to 25% of time committed to traveling)

Minimum Qualifications- 3+ years experience in sales, agency and/or advertising product solutions.- Strong project management skills is a must.- Good communication skills and comfortable working with cross functional partners on a regular basis.- Knowledge of the self-serve platform, auction, and biddable form of digital advertising buying- 3+ years experience working as part of a sales or vendor sales teams within the SMB space.- Solutions-oriented and critical thinker who can identify needs and opportunities in the sales process.- Detail-oriented to find solutions for clients while improving internal processes and delivering feedback. Preferred Qualification- Passion for TikTok marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up.
