**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager - IT Solutions to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales/client relations or business development in the IT solutions industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to provide quality after-sales service.
  • Prepare quotations for submission to clients and follow up on status.
  • Update documents and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Liaise with technical team to address customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of professional sales experience in sales/client relations or business development in the IT solutions industry.
  • A professional certificate, diploma, or higher qualification in business.
  • Knowledge of IT is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Result-oriented with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, good interpersonal skills, and effective time management.
