**Job Description for Juss Solutions Group Pte Ltd**

The successful candidate will be responsible for learning and applying sales techniques, observing and carrying out sales processes. This includes assisting with proactive growth of existing customers as well as developing new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage sales techniques to drive revenue growth and expand customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to provide quality after-sales service.
  • Prepare quotations for submission to clients and follow up on status.
  • Update documents and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Liaise with technical team to address customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of professional sales experience in sales/client relations or business development in the IT solutions industry.
  • A professional certificate, diploma, or higher qualification in business.
  • Knowledge of IT is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Result-oriented with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, good interpersonal skills, and effective time management.
