Responsibilities:
  • Sales Process Optimization: Learn and apply sales techniques to observe and carry out sales processes effectively.
  • Proactive Growth: Assist in proactive growth of existing customers and develop new sales opportunities through strategic planning and relationship building.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Built and maintain good relationships with new and/or existing clients, providing quality after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Quotation Submission: Prepare quotations for submission to clients and follow up on their status to ensure timely delivery.
  • Sales Record Updates: Update documents and maintain accurate sales records to support business decision-making.
  • Tech Support Partnership: Liaise with the technical team to address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
