About the Role

This position is designed for sales professionals with a proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn and apply sales techniques to observe and carry out sales processes effectively.
  • Assist in proactive growth of existing customers and develop new sales opportunities through strategic planning and relationship building.
  • Built and maintain good relationships with new and/or existing clients, providing quality after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare quotations for submission to clients and follow up on their status to ensure timely delivery.
  • Update documents and maintain accurate sales records to support business decision-making.
  • Liaise with the technical team to address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of professional sales experience in sales/client relations or business development within the IT solutions industry.
  • Candidates must hold a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business.
  • Knowledge of IT is an advantage but not essential.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications is required.
  • The ability to work independently and under pressure with a result-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication, good interpersonal skills, and effective time management are essential.
