We are looking for individuals to fill x7 openings in our team at Recruit Express Pte Ltd. The working hours will be from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

  • Salary: Up to SGD 2,600/month
  • Contract Duration: 12 months
  • Islandwide Transport Provided: From Jurong East, Buona Vista, Tanah Merah, City Hall, Woodlands, Ang Mo Kio, Serangoon & Sengkang MRT to Changi Business Park

Job Description

As a customer engagement officer, you will be responsible for promoting Mastercard products to existing customers and building strong relationships with them to ensure a great client experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote Mastercard products to existing customers and cross-sell value propositions
  • Engage and build good relationships with customers to ensure a great client experience
  • Follow up with customers to ensure applications and documents are completed on time
  • Meet performance standards, business goals, and targets
  • Confidently present and communicate with customers via calls or face-to-face interactions
