Smart Collaboration Channel Business Development Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned business development professional to drive growth in our Smart Collaboration Channel. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building partnerships, executing operational plans, and analyzing business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strategic partnerships with existing and new Smart Office Expert partners to maximize revenue and margin for Lenovo Workplace Transformation products.
- Support relationship account managers, particularly for Global Account customers, during the initial sales process.
- Develop and execute operational plans for Collaboration Transformation products and options.
- Analyze business metrics and performance to provide weekly reports and actionable recommendations.
- Identify and mitigate risks through effective contingency planning.
- Cold-calling skills are essential for identifying and pursuing new acquisition opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in business development or sales in the UC/AV industry, including software and hardware expertise.
- Ability to sell the value of Collaboration Transformation and associated solutions, with a deep understanding of technology and its practical application.
- Project management and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.
- Experience working with Fortune 500 accounts is highly desirable.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills are required.
Location: Singapore - Central Singapore
Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
