At SMT, we offer unlimited earning potential with a base salary of $1800- $3000/ month and uncapped commission. We also offer annual base salary revisions and a structured learning and development program to help you reach your career goals. Our senior team leads are dedicated to supporting your personal growth and helping you succeed.


As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for managing the entire end-to-end consulting process of cold-calling business owners, accessing their eligibility, and closing the deal. You will ensure proper admin work during the application and backend work of collecting fees due at the end of the deal.
