SALES & CHANNEL DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

Leverage existing relationships and cultivate new ones with key players in the physical security industry, including providers of turnstiles, CCTV, and comprehensive building management solutions.
Conduct market research to identify trends in smart workspaces and physical security, ensuring our channel strategies align with market demands and opportunities.
Train and support channel partners on our product offerings and value proposition, emphasizing the integration of smart workspace solutions with physical security systems.
Collaborate with partners to co-create tailored sales and marketing strategies, aiming to maximize market penetration and revenue growth across all channels.
Job Requirements
2-5 years of relevant industry experience in channel sales, with a strong emphasis on smart workspace solutions, physical security systems, and IT digital transformation.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
Strong existing network within the physical security industry, including connections to lift suppliers, commercial building facility management system integrators, and other relevant stakeholders.
Deep understanding of the smart workspace ecosystem and physical security technologies, including turnstiles, CCTV, and building management solutions.
Strategic thinker with a solid ability to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the channel sales framework.
