About This Role

As a key member of the Lenovo team, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to drive Collaboration Transformation opportunities within our client base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling solutions from our Collaboration Transformation portfolio and will be responsible for developing strategies to help new and existing partners find and implement the best solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Build partnerships with existing, current, and new Smart Office Expert partners to maximize Revenue and Margin for Lenovo's Workplace Transformation products.
  2. Support the initial phase of the sales process for Relationship account managers, especially for Global Account customers.
  3. Develop and execute operational plans for Collaboration Transformation products and options.
  4. Own ongoing analysis of metrics and business performance to produce weekly reports for Collaboration Transformation business performance and relevant actions and recommendations.
  5. Assess and mitigate risks/issues through effective contingency plans.
  6. Experience in cold-calling is important in order to identify and pursue new acquisition opportunities – plan and execute acquisition activities in the Collaboration Transformation area in agreement with sales/account teams.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 5 years business development or sales experience in the UC/AV industry (software and hardware).
  2. Proficient in selling the value of Collaboration Transformation and associated solutions; understands Collaboration Transformation and associated AV solutions technology and its practical application/contribution to customers' requirements, as well as the market's collaboration tools ecosystem.
  3. Project management skills.
  4. Negotiation and communication skills.
  5. Experience in working with Fortune 500 accounts.
  6. Strong relationship building skills.
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  8. Superior presentation skills.
  9. Territory management skills.
