We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our dedicated Human Resource team at Autism Resource Centre (Singapore) as a Strategic HR Business Partner.

As part of our transformation journey, this role will play a crucial part in driving the people agenda and supporting organisational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in successful HR business partnering, with experience in various functions within the Human Resource function.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Delivering HR services to achieve organisational goals, utilising data analytics to support ongoing strategy reviews and decision-making;
  • Driving the people agenda for assigned business entities, guiding and upskilling leaders and employees on HR policies and practices, people management, and facilitating strong employee engagement and development;
  • Leading strategic management of wellness initiatives and designing practices and programs to nurture the emotional, physical, and mental well-being of employees across the organisation;
  • Reviewing and rolling out HR Policies with HR leads;
  • Supporting internal communications;
  • Partnering in key initiatives as assigned.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to operate at the level of strategy, implementation, and handling operational issues. They should also have good knowledge of Employment Act and contracts, be a leader who can communicate and relate well across all levels of the organisation, resilient, resourceful, and seek collaboration for the best outcome.
