We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic HR Business Partner to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-driven and energetic individual to play a pivotal role in partnering senior stakeholders and shaping the organization's structure and processes.

Job Description

The Strategic HR Business Partner will provide advice and support to business leaders on strategic HR matters, including organisational design and restructuring, talent management, and career development. Key responsibilities include overseeing recruitment and selection, employee records, and performance management. The ideal candidate will also serve as an employee advocate and advisor to the management on HR policy and programme matters.

Estimated Salary: SGD $12,000 - SGD 18,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic HR advice to business leaders on organisational design and restructuring, talent management, and career development.
  • Oversee recruitment and selection, employee records, and performance management.
  • Serve as an employee advocate and advisor to the management on HR policy and programme matters.
  • Manage workforce planning to support business needs and be accountable for manpower budgeting and resource planning.
  • Investigate, document, and resolve alleged violations of law or HR policy.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a HR-related discipline.
  • Ability to operate with high degree of autonomy and accountability in conjunction with management's directives.
  • Good understanding of the Singapore Employment Act.
  • Ability to handle ambiguous situations well.
  • Highly adaptable to work well with all levels.
  • Proficient in effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • At least 12 years of relevant experience, preferably from a fast-paced work environment.
