Strategic HR Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced Strategic HR Business Partner to join our team at Lead General International Holdings PTE. LTD. This role will play a critical part in driving business growth and performance through effective HR strategies.
Salary: SGD 120,000 - 180,000 per annum
About the RoleThe successful candidate will serve as a strategic advisor and partner to our business units, aligning HR practices with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational goals and workforce needs, and develop aligned HR strategies to support growth and performance.
- Workforce Planning and Talent Management: Support workforce planning, including recruitment, retention, and succession planning, to ensure a strong pipeline of talent within the organization.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive and productive work environment, address employee concerns, and provide guidance on conflict resolution.
- Performance Management: Drive performance review processes, support goal-setting initiatives, and provide coaching to managers on feedback, development, and performance improvement.
- Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives, including restructuring and cultural transformation, and communicate changes effectively.
- HR Analytics and Reporting: Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to business leaders, using data to recommend improvements in workforce strategies and employee engagement.
- Policy and Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant legal requirements, and provide guidance on employment law and HR best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience, with a focus on strategic partnership roles.
- Strong understanding of employment laws, HR practices, and workforce planning.
- Proven ability to influence and build relationships with all levels of an organization.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR analytics and HRIS systems.
