Job Title: Strategic HR Business Partner (6 Months)Salary Range:

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

We seek an experienced Strategic HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing effective manpower planning strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Partnering with department heads and hiring managers to understand their manpower needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
  • Managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Performance Management & Employee Engagement

You will also be responsible for:

  • Supporting the development, implementation, and review of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Engaging division heads and managers on employee performance issues and providing advice on HR-related matters.
  • Developing and implementing initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, such as recognition programs and feedback mechanisms.
HR Projects & Processes

Furthermore, you will be responsible for:

  • Executing and overseeing HR projects, systems, and processes to match business requirements and objectives.
  • Reviewing existing HR processes to identify areas of improvement and driving initiatives that contribute to overall HR efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant labor policies, employment laws, and legislations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in strategic HR roles, preferably in a recruitment agency or similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, workforce planning, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
