Summary:

Weare seeking a highly motivated and experienced CorporateDevelopment & Strategic Transformation (CDST) Manager to joinour dynamic team. The CDST Manager will play a critical role insupporting the Deputy Director, Marketing Communications and CEO indriving company strategy, overseeing organisational transformation,managing corporate development initiatives. This position involvescollaborating with cross-functional teams to facilitatecompany-wide transformation and changes to achieve strategicobjectives. This role requires excellent strategic thinking,analytical, organisational, facilitation and communication skills,as well as the ability to handle confidential or sensitiveinformation with utmostdiscretion.

JobDescription:

The CDST Managerwill play a critical role in shaping and executing our company'sstrategic initiatives. Reporting to Deputy Director, MarketingCommunications, this position requires a strategic thinker with astrong business acumen and proven experience in corporatedevelopment, strategy formulation, and organizationaltransformation within the high-tech sector. The CDST Manager willcollaborate closely with the executive team to drive growth,innovation, and operational excellence across theorganization.

KeyResponsibilities:

StrategicSupport to CEO
  • Conductresearch, analyse data and prepare presentations or reports tosupport strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborateclosely with Deputy Director, Marketing Communications and theleadership team to develop, communicate and execute corporatestrategies.
  • Develop transformational plans andfacilitateexecution.

SpecialProjects Management
  • Manage transformational initiatives and special projects,ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate across functions, partner with departmentheads and colleagues to implement change management strategieseffectively.
  • Monitor project progress, proposesolutions to mitigate potential issues and ensure timelycompletion.

Communicationand Coordination
  • Draftand edit communications, presentations, and other documents for theCEO and senior management.
  • Facilitateeffective communication flow between the CEO's office and otherdepartments or external parties.
  • Coordinateand schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and compile necessarymaterials for strategic changes or newinitiatives.

Confidentiality
  • Handle confidential information with discretion andmaintain absolute confidentiality regarding sensitive matters orembargoedinformation.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, BusinessAdministration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • More than 4 years' experience as a Corporate Development& Strategic Transformation (CDST) Manager, or in a similar rolesupporting C-level leaders in a high-tech or fast-pacedenvironment.

Knowledge,Skills, Abilities and Other Characteristics(KSAO):
  • Strongunderstanding of corporate strategy, organisational transformation,and project management principles.
  • Excellentanalytical and problem-solving skills with the ability tosynthesise complex information into actionable plans.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills withthe ability to facilitate and interact effectively withstakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability toprioritise and manage multiple tasks/assignments and work well in afast-paced environment.
  • Experience or strongunderstanding of management accounting will be anadvantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeSuite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Copilot) and other relevantsoftware applications.
  • High level of integrityand professionalism, with strong commitment to upholding ethicalstandards.
