Voice is looking for an experienced Client Support Executive to assist our clients with their queries and concerns.
Job DescriptionAs a Client Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to the relevant teams.
Key Accountabilities- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and social media
- Resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner
- Escalate complex problems to the relevant teams
- Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the Sales/Customer Service field
- Minimum OA level or equivalent
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, Words, and PowerPoint
