Job Description

As a Client Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to the relevant teams.

Key Accountabilities
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and social media
  • Resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Escalate complex problems to the relevant teams
  • Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the Sales/Customer Service field
  • Minimum OA level or equivalent
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Words, and PowerPoint
