About the Job
HubSpot is a leading CRM platform that provides software and support to help businesses grow better. We are seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Expertise professional to join our Customer Support team.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to HubSpot customers, helping them troubleshoot issues, and finding solutions to their problems. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, live chat, and email, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring a timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of HubSpot's products and services, staying up-to-date on new features and enhancements.
- Apply business acumen to identify opportunities to grow customers' businesses, converting those opportunities into leads for Sales.
