  • Experienced in managing telephone systems and video surveillance systems (CCTV), including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Work closely with compliance and security teams to implement IT security policies and security-related solutions, ensuring adherence to company security standards.
  • Maintain and optimize IT asset management systems, ensuring compliance and traceability of equipment, software, and licenses.
  • Deliver high-quality end-user service and maintain effective communication with end-users to enhance IT support efficiency and user experience.

Requirements
• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Helpdesk support is preferred.
  • Proficient in Windows Active Directory (AD), Exchange, Microsoft Office, DNS, DHCP, and familiar with at least one email system administration.
  • Experience in managing telephone systems and video surveillance systems (CCTV), including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for desktop/laptop hardware, peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.), and IT devices.
  • Basic knowledge of networking, including TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, and IT security technologies.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin to support English- and Mandarin-speaking users.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills with the ability to efficiently manage IT-related tasks.
  • A self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently, as well as a strong team player with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Willing to be on standby and perform system maintenance activities after office hours if required.
