- Provide daily Level-1 IT support to local and remote offices (including Malaysia and China), responding to and resolving IT service requests efficiently to ensure smooth IT operations.

- Install, configure, and perform regular maintenance on IT hardware (desktops, laptops, servers) and software to ensure system stability and prevent hardware failures.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to end-user devices, providing technical support such as troubleshooting, patching, and system configuration.
- Conduct system performance evaluations, establish technical specifications, and collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors for IT support and training.
- Provide technical assistance to end-users via phone or remote support tools, ensuring prompt issue resolution.
- Experienced in managing telephone systems and video surveillance systems (CCTV), including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Work closely with compliance and security teams to implement IT security policies and security-related solutions, ensuring adherence to company security standards.
- Maintain and optimize IT asset management systems, ensuring compliance and traceability of equipment, software, and licenses.
- Deliver high-quality end-user service and maintain effective communication with end-users to enhance IT support efficiency and user experience.
Requirements
• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Helpdesk support is preferred.
- Proficient in Windows Active Directory (AD), Exchange, Microsoft Office, DNS, DHCP, and familiar with at least one email system administration.
- Experience in managing telephone systems and video surveillance systems (CCTV), including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for desktop/laptop hardware, peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.), and IT devices.
- Basic knowledge of networking, including TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, and IT security technologies.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin to support English- and Mandarin-speaking users.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills with the ability to efficiently manage IT-related tasks.
- A self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently, as well as a strong team player with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Willing to be on standby and perform system maintenance activities after office hours if required.
