Help Desk Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Support Specialist to join our team at JointHire Singapore Pte Ltd. As a Help Desk Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a positive attitude.
About the Role:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and escalate complex issues
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of frequently asked questions and solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
