About the Role
As a Front Desk Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our students and guests. You will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling inquiries and resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service to students and guests
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records, including guest information and payment details
• Assist with other administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
