Front Desk Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Residence Operations Assistant to join our team at Management Development Institute Of Singapore.
This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to students, staff, and visitors, while also maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and organization of the Residence.
This includes processing room assignments, handling guest check-in and check-out, managing room inventory, and performing various administrative tasks.
You will also assist with special events and projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day operations of the Front Desk and Residence.
- Provide exceptional customer service to students, staff, and visitors.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Residence.

- Assist with special events and projects as needed.
