Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing guest accounts, information, and apartment availability in our system
  • Responding promptly to queries and resolving issues in a professional manner

Key Responsibilities
  • Aiding guests with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Ensuring all guests receive personalized attention at the Front Desk
  • Issuing apartment access key cards and managing guest accounts
  • Responding to queries through various channels and assisting with requests
  • Recording resident feedback and complaints, referring them to supervisors and managers as needed
