Responsibilities
As a Guest Services Executive, your key responsibilities will include:
  1. Assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures;
  2. Ensuring all guests are attended to at the Front Desk;
  3. Issuing apartment access key cards;
  4. Attending to and anticipating all guests' queries and needs;
  5. Providing recommendations on nearby amenities and places of interest;
  6. Managing guests' accounts and information in our system;
  7. Performing simple bookkeeping tasks;
  8. Making and confirming reservations;
  9. Responding to all guest queries through various channels;
  10. Handling and recording resident feedback and complaints;

You will also be required to perform other related tasks as assigned by your supervisor or manager.
