Job Title: Help Desk Technician
Description: This is an IT support group seeking a Help Desk Technician to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for attending to merchant enquiries, providing 1st level technical support, and performing daily administrative tasks.

About the Role:
- Attend to merchant enquiries via phone or email
- Provide technical support to resolve merchant issues
- Perform daily administrative tasks such as data entry and document management
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals

Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years working experience in customer service support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
- Computer literacy and proficiency in English language
- Availability to work on shift including weekends and public holidays
