Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the Senior Executive's schedule, ensuring seamless communication and timely responses.
  • Provide high-level administrative support, including travel arrangements, team administration, and document preparation.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Utilize strong interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with colleagues, clients, and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in financial services, with a strong understanding of the industry and its regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
