Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at HSBC Life in Singapore. As a Secretary, Life Insurance, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional administrative support to our Senior Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the Senior Executive's schedule, ensuring seamless communication and timely responses.
- Provide high-level administrative support, including travel arrangements, team administration, and document preparation.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
- Utilize strong interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
Requirements:
