Could this be the scene for your next career move? We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. 

Stolt Tank Containers (STC) is a leading provider of door-to-door transportation services for bulk- liquid chemicals and food-grade products. With a fleet of more than 45,000 tank containers, STC is the only operator with its own worldwide network of 22 owned and joint venture depots. You will be joining a professional and international team with extensive knowledge of the industry. As a member of the support function, you will provide timely support and excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders. Your expertise ensures that we will continue to set the industry benchmark for seamless and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

To sort the daily repair estimates into various category. Enter all the M&R estimates in ConTerm according to the M&R master listing (category, repair code, tariff, material cost etc) To submit estimates to TSD for review and process/issue WO number within 2 working days To check on duplicate WO number requested and invoice the estimate. Create testing WO for submission every end of the month. To update / compile all reports on tank container inspection / condition, M&R master listing, spare part listing, valve damage, rupture disc, missing parts, valve renewal, thermometer probe removal, tank refurbishment / modification and M&R expenses. Input required information into tank technical screen and note all information updated in ConTerm. Prepare 3rd party repair estimate for approval. Attend to visitors, issue SIC form & card. Prepare Export documents, arrange courier to pick up. Update Incoming parts to ConTerm. Assist the Admin Manager on any other office admin work as and when required.

Qualifications 

Nitec in Business Administration or related discipline / GCE ‘O’ Level with 2 years of Administration work Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Words Willing to working in Jurong Island (Company transport is provided at designated pickup point)
