Description and Requirements

Executive Assistant – In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support at an executive level within the company. The main tasks of an executive assistant are handling duties, , handling calendar events, organizing reports and documents, answering phone calls, setting up meetings.

You Will:

Being the point of contact for general communications with the Senior Executive Provide full range of secretarial/ administrative support to the Senior Executive Review, screen and prioritize all calls, mails and correspondence  Handle all private and confidential matters of top management Making travel arrangements for the executive officer they work for and keeping track of their itineraries Planning and scheduling meetings Recording the meeting notes (if required) Researching and organizing data to represent the senior management, which may include directors, executives, and committees Compiling expense reports Providing complete administrative support & business report tracking Any other duties as assigned 

You Bring:

Minimum 4 years and above working experiences as Personal Assistant/Secretary/Administrative support Strong coordination, organization, interpersonal, time-management skills Ability to pay attention to details Ability to multitask Self-motivated, independent and team player Able to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in using technical tools and software such as the Microsoft Office Suite, especially text processing software, Excel spreadsheets & PowerPoint presentations #LPS Additional Locations : * Singapore - Central Singapore - Singapore * Singapore * Singapore - Central Singapore * Singapore - Central Singapore - Singapore
