Compensation Strategy Leader

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Compensation Strategy Leader to oversee the development, implementation and governance of compensation and benefits strategies across Asia.

This role ensures competitiveness, compliance and alignment with global frameworks while addressing local market needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing regional total rewards strategies aligned with global HR and business goals
  • Leading compensation and benefits planning for annual cycles
  • Providing strategic consultation to senior leadership on pay competitiveness, retention and reward optimization

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of compensation frameworks, benefits design and regulatory environments across Asia. They will also have experience working with global vendors and tools, as well as excellent analytical and Excel modeling skills.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, Finance or related field, and at least 10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits with at least 5 years in a regional Asia role.
