Job Title: Compensation Strategy Manager

We are seeking a skilled Compensation Strategy Manager to oversee the end-to-end payroll process for all employees in Singapore. This includes ensuring accuracy and timely processing, as well as compliance with local labor laws, including CPF contributions, tax filings, and statutory benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement efficient payroll processes to ensure seamless execution.
    • Collaborate with HR teams to align payroll procedures with company policies and labor laws.
    • Ensure accurate salary adjustments, bonuses, and other payroll-related matters are processed correctly.
  • Policy and Handbook Updates:
    • Review and revise the company's HR policies and employee handbook to reflect current legal requirements and best practices.
      • Communicate policy changes effectively to employees and provide training or clarification when necessary.
      • Develop new policies to address emerging HR needs as the company grows and evolves.
  • HR Systems Optimization:
    • Evaluate and enhance current HR systems to streamline operations, improve reporting accuracy, and support scalability.
      • Ensure that HR systems are user-friendly, efficient, and integrated with other business functions where necessary.
      • Leverage HR data analytics to track key performance indicators such as employee turnover, retention, and performance metrics.
  • Overseas HR Function Management:
    • Provide leadership and guidance to the HR Executive in Malaysia, ensuring alignment in HR policies, procedures, and practices across both regions.
      • Ensure that HR practices in Malaysia adhere to local labor laws and company standards.
      • Support cross-border collaboration to maintain consistency in employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.
  • Recruitment:
    • Lead recruitment efforts, ensuring the company attracts top talent through strategic sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
      • Manage the recruitment process for both Singapore and Malaysia teams, collaborating with department heads to fulfill staffing needs.
