Regional Sales Manager, ASEAN

Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and market share expansion in the ASEAN region by executing marketing and business development strategies.
- Manage and support distributors to create new accounts and expand into new markets.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for existing and new products.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct product presentations, trainings, and technical supports.
- Provide product registration and logistics support to distributors and direct customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Role Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biostatistics, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of sales experience in the life sciences industry with a proven track record.
- Regional key account and distributor management experience in SEA, especially Thailand.
- Good KOL network and proficiency in English and Mandarin.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Objective-oriented, result-driven, self-motivated, and a good team player.
