Regional Sales Manager, ASEAN Market

Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Manager to join our team at The Edge Partnership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and marketing within the life sciences industry, with a strong focus on regional key account and distributor management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion in the ASEAN region.
- Manage and support distributors to create new accounts and expand into new markets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve continuous growth.
- Conduct product presentations, trainings, and technical support to customers and distributors.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biostatistics, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related life science discipline.
- 5-8 years of relevant sales experience with a proven track record within the life sciences industry.
- Regional key account and distributor management experience in SEA, especially Thailand.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
