Job Summary

As a Regional Sales Supervisor for The Edge Partnership, you will be responsible for executing marketing and business development strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets in the ASEAN region. You will maintain and grow existing key accounts and business partners, driving revenue growth and market share expansion. This role requires a strong understanding of the life science industry and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion in the ASEAN region.
  • Maintain and grow existing key accounts and business partners.
  • Manage and support distributors to create new accounts and expand into new markets.
  • Drive expansion of new parameters and projects for customers.
  • Convert market and business intelligence into actionable insights to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  • Establish and maintain excellent professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct product presentations, training, and technical support.
  • Provide product registration and logistics support to distributors and direct customers.
  • Attend relevant conferences, trade shows, and events to enhance product visibility and network with potential clients.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Identify potential business opportunities to drive continuous growth.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biostatistics, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related life science discipline.
  • 5-8 years of relevant sales experience with a proven track record in the life science industry.
  • Regional key account and distributor management experience in SEA, especially Thailand.
  • Good KOL network an advantage.
  • Good proficiency in English and Mandarin (both spoken and written).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Objective-oriented, result-driven, self-motivated, passionate, independent, and a good team player.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
