Strategic Partnerships and Marketing Manager

- Strategic Partnerships (80%):
- Evaluate client needs and strategic direction through regular operational reviews.
- Contribute to the development of Strategic Partnerships plans, initiatives, and workstreams that accelerate growth and enhance client experience.
- Establish objectives and KPIs to deliver exceptional performance aligned with the overall Strategic Partnerships strategy.
- Present insights, results, and progress updates to stakeholders in a compelling manner.
- Identify, optimize, and scale improvements benefiting multiple clients by driving efficiency through tools and processes.
- Marketing (20%):
- Develop, maintain, and optimize marketing plans.
- Supervise the creation and execution of marketing strategies enhancing brand awareness and generating leads.
- Oversee the development and management of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and content marketing.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
- Analyse marketing performance and optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
- Nurturing and growing client relationships with 3+ years professional experience.
- Preferably exposed to the Data Centre industry.
- Demonstrated success identifying opportunities for clients and increasing adoption and utilization of company services.
- Experience developing business plans and effectively managing multiple projects and priorities across teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with continuous innovation and ambiguity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to use data to analyse, report, and forecast to guide business decisions.
