A challenging opportunity has arisen for a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team.

- Identify and research potential clients to expand market reach through strategic partnerships and market analysis.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnership and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with sales teams to craft mutually beneficial proposals that meet client needs.
- Negotiate terms of contracts with clients and engage with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Monitor project teams to ensure that contractual terms are met effectively.
- Analyze customer feedback and competitor strategies to enhance business decisions.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients and internal executives.
- Design and enforce business processes and policies that support the overall operational structure.
- Continuously fill the sales pipeline by identifying and adding qualified prospects.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to facilitate sustained business growth.
- Track and report on the progress and status of various proposal components.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the pricing department to develop competitive rate proposals.
- Lead the sales cycle from initiation to closure.
- Draft and finalize sales contracts for execution.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree required; applicants with a Diploma and over 10 years of relevant experience will also be considered.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or a similar role.
- Skills: Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce, in-depth understanding of market dynamics and demographics, background in customer support is advantageous.
