Join our team as a Business Development Manager and play a pivotal role in driving strategic partnerships to support our cutting-edge AI solutions. As a key member of our AI Partnerships Team, you will be responsible for managing relationships, growing, measuring, and optimizing partnership success. You will also navigate cross-functional teams to achieve your goals.

As a leader, you will implement and execute business plans across ASEAN, the Large SI Partner business plan, and AI ecosystem partner business objectives. Your focus will be on devising and augmenting ASEAN strategies to further enhance partnership success.

Our ideal candidate is passionate about AI, enjoys working with multiple partners and product teams, and is comfortable navigating complex business environments. You will be responsible for executing our Application & AI Led strategy, ensuring alignment with our Partner organization's goals.

The successful Business Development Manager will oversee all business management aspects related to the development of Large SI partnerships and partner ecosystem across AI & Application Led initiatives. This includes devising and executing revenue strategies by Market, Segment, and Solution area, aligning with our Partner Business GTM strategy.

Furthermore, you will ensure sales enablement of Business partners through ongoing sales & technical training and certification levels. As a leader, you will provide guidance to virtual teams of F5 and Partner sales organizations.
